Funding Reports – We provide funding reports from early engagement, then periodically in line with agreed loan withdrawals, through to completion. The funding report outlines the value of the project, construction time against the contract programme and management of the risks.

Assurance – Our independent fund monitoring and reporting service provides the lending body with assurance that their investment is progressing as initially forecasted.
